Saifullah Hasan, MD, is a third year anesthesiology resident in the combined anesthesia and critical care medicine program, serving in the role of one of the at large executive board members. Our predecessors have made significant strides towards improvements in relationship with upper management, resident well being, and salary/benefits to match inflation and cost of living. Now is the time to continue this momentum forward to optimize resident livelihood, secure and cement our relationship with management and to lay the foundation for subsequent negotiations.
